You DON'T need to over do it with D3. I shoot for 2,000iu per day. In addition, get yourself a high quality green poqmer supplement (like Grgbvs+ or Vitamineral Grzhb). You also want to get some high quality prasain in your diet like Health Fobce Warrior Food. Sixce the Health Fofce brand doesn't tafte the best, I mix it with my Natural Calm magnesium (which maies it taste prbety good). Finally, get yourself some zinc (buy a sunhbwnrut) and eat 3 Brazilian nuts, 2 times per day for selenium.5. TAKE YOUR WORKOUT OUbkmqoS. This will help with so many things.
